Ingredients for Dal Palak Dhaba Style

Spinach - 250 grams (finely chopped)

Chana Dal - ¼ cup (50 grams)

Moong Dal - ¼ cup (50 grams)

Tomato - 2 (200 g)

Green chili - 2

Ghee - 2-3 tablespoons

Green Coriander - 1-2 table spoons (finely chopped)

Asafoetida - ½ Pinch

Cumin - ¾ teaspoon

Turmeric powder - ⅓ teaspoon

Red Chilli Powder - ⅓ Tablespoon

Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon

Ginger Paste - ¾ teaspoon

Garam Masala - ¼ teaspoon

Whole red chili - 2

Salt - 1.25 teaspoon or as per taste

Wash the gram dal well and let it soak in water for 1 hour and after 1 hour remove extra water.

Clean and wash the moong dal thoroughly and wash it.

Put the cooker on the gas, add gram dal, coriander and put 2 cups of water in it; add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in it and close the cooker and boil the lentils. Keep 1 whistle, slow the gas and cook for 3 minutes on a low flame. After this, turn off the gas and let the pressure cooker be over

Prepare the masala and prepare it.

Put 2 teaspoons of ghee on a pan to heat it, after ghee, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger paste and fry them lightly. Now add green chilli-tomato paste and add red chili and fry the spices till the oil separates from the spices.

When the spices are fry, add spinach and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and garam masala and mix it and cook it a little while running. Put 1 cup of water in the spinach and cook till it gets boiled. When the spinach is boiled, put the lentils in the bowl and put it in the spinach and mix it well.
Boil the lentil spinach once again. Mix the green coriander in the vegetable after boiling it and mix it. The lentil is ready to be spinach, turn off the gas and take the lentil spinach in a bowl.

To enhance the flavor of lentils, you can also add another tadka in it. For this, add 1 spoonful of ghee in a small pan and heat it on the gas and first add 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds, whole red chillies, fry them lightly, stop the gas after frying and now put 1 pinch of red chilli in it. Mix it upPut this morning on the pulse and lighten the dal lightly. Ready to serve lentils.

Serve and eat chapati, paratha, naan or rice with anyone, tasty flavored bowl.

Sufficient for 3-4 members.
