30GramClarified Butter ( घी )
1Pcsonionchopped
2PcsGarlic Cloves ( लहसुन का लौंग )crushed
1.5KgChicken ( मुर्गे का माँस )
2.5CupCoconut milk ( नारियल का दूध )
2tbspLemon Juice ( नींबू का रस )
1tbspCoriander Powder ( धनिया पाउडर )
1tea spoonMustard Powder ( सरसों का पाउडर )
1tea spoonCumin Powder ( जीरा पाउडर )
1tea spoonTurmeric Powder ( हल्दी पाउडर )
1/2tea spoonGinger Paste ( अदरक का पेस्ट )
1/2tea spoonRed Chili Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर )
Instructions
Melt ghee in a frying pan. Saute onion and garlic until onion is tender.
Combine coriander powder, mustard powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste and red chili powder
Add coconut milk and lemon juice. Simmer, uncovered, for about 45 minutes or until the sauce begins to thicken.
Cook it till chicken gets tender.
The Chicken Malai curry is ready to eat.
Serve it hot with roti or naan.
